Before Work Begins: If you cancel before we start the project, your deposit is fully refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.

The following are not eligible for refunds:
Step 1: Contact us with your project details and reason for the refund request.
Step 2: We'll review your request within 3 business days and schedule a discussion to understand concerns.
Step 3: We'll propose solutions, which may include revisions, partial refunds, or project adjustments.
